That's why we offer an 18-month limited warranty on eligible Engrovy products.
Warranty Coverage
Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship arising during normal, intended use.
The warranty period begins on the original delivery date and continues for 18 months.
What Is Covered
Subject to verification, the warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects affecting normal product functionality.
- Defective internal components resulting from manufacturing faults.
- Mechanical or electrical failures attributable to defects in materials or workmanship.
What Is Not Covered
The limited warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or improper handling.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by incompatible accessories or improper electrical connections.
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from improper storage, maintenance, or exposure to unsuitable operating conditions.
- Consumable components that naturally deteriorate through normal use, unless defective when supplied.

To submit a warranty claim, contact support@engrovy.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs or video showing the problem, when applicable.
Our team will review the information and may request additional details to determine the appropriate resolution.
Warranty Resolution
For verified manufacturing defects covered by this warranty, Engrovy may provide a repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy.
If repair or replacement is not reasonably available, a refund or another legally required remedy may be offered.
Warranty solutions are subject to product availability and applicable consumer protection laws.

This warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. It does not exclude or restrict those rights.
